【摘要】 目的检测人类软骨糖蛋白-39(YKL-40)在非小细胞肺癌患者血清中的含量,并探讨其在肺癌临床诊断中的意义。方法采集我院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者(40例)和正常人(40例)血液,所有患者均经过痰脱落细胞检测,支气管检查等最终获得病理学证据,确诊为非小细胞肺癌。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测收集样本中YKL-40的浓度,并分析实验结果。结果非小细胞癌患者血液中YKL-40含量比正常人高,差异具有显著性P<0.01.M1期患者组血清YKL-40含量明显高于M0期患者组,差异具有显著性,P<0.01。结论 YKL-40与非小细胞肺癌有密切关系,它可能成为肺癌诊断的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Detecting the content of Human Cartilage glycoprotein 39 in serum of Non-small cell lung cancer patients,Discuss the clinical significance of YKL-40 in the diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods Collecting the blood of patient with non-small cell lung cancer(40cases)and normal people(40cases)in the fourth hospital of Baotou.All the patients have go through detection of Sputum exfoliated cells,Bronchoscopy finally found the Pathological evidence to diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer.Detecting the content with enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)assay.Results The content of YKL-40 in Non-small cell lung cancer patients is higher than normal people.There is significant difference P<0.01.The content of YKL-40 in M1group is higher than normal people M0 group.There is significant difference P<0.01.Conclusion There is a closely relationship between YKL-40 and non-small cell lung cancer.It may be lung cancer diagnostic biomarkers.更多还原
