【摘要】 为探讨自拟中药复方对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫调节作用,将女贞子、菟丝子、熟地、蒲公英、甘草按一定比例配伍,制备水煎液(质量浓度为1 g/mL)。将80只昆明系小鼠随机分为5组(空白对照组、免疫抑制模型组和中药复方高、中、低剂量组),空白对照组和免疫抑制模型组小鼠灌服蒸馏水(0.2 mL/只),复方高、中、低剂量组小鼠分别灌服300 mg/只、200 mg/只、100 mg/只的复方水煎液,连续14 d。除空白对照组外,其他各组小鼠于给药的第1、3、5、7天皮下注射地塞米松(30 mg/kg体重)。试验第20天,将所有小鼠进行眼球采血,剖杀,称量体质量、胸腺重、脾脏重,计算胸腺、脾脏指数;分离血清,测定血清中免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、溶菌酶、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)和干扰素γ(INF-γ)的含量。结果显示,与免疫抑制模型组相比,复方中剂量组能够显著增加小鼠的胸腺和脾脏指数,提高小鼠血清中IgG、溶菌酶、IL-2、INF-γ的含量;而对IL-4含量无显著影响。可以得出:自拟复方水提液能够明显改善免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能,且这种调节作用与给药剂量有一定相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the immune regulation effect of a Chinese herbal compound by our own formulation on immune suppression mice,we selected Ligustrum lucidum,dodder seed,radix rehmanniae,dandelion and licorice,which were prepared for water decoction(concentration of 1 g/ml) according to a certain proportion.Eighty Kunming rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group,immune suppression model group and traditional Chinese medicine compound group with high,medium and low doss.The mice of control group and immune suppression model group were administrated with distilled water(each 0.2 ml).Each mouse from Chinese medicine compound with high,medium or low dose group was given different doses of the water decoction(300 mg,200 mg and 100 mg,respectively) for 14 consecutive days.The mice except control group were injected with dexamethasone(30 mg/kg)subcutaneously,at the 1st,3rd,5th,and 7th day after being given the water decoction.Blood was gained from the eyeballs of mice on the 20 th day of the experiment,and then the mice were killed and body weight,thymus gland weight and spleen weight,were weighed and thymus index and spleen index were calculated.The content of serum immune globulin protein G(Ig G),lysozyme,leukocyte mediated IL 2(IL-2),interleukin 4(IL-4) and interferon gamma(INF gamma) were determined after the serum separation.The experiment results showed that compared with the immune suppression model group,the Chinese medicine compound group of medium dose significantly increased the thymus and spleen index of mice,increased the content of serum Ig G,lysozyme,IL-2,IFN gamma,but no significant effect on the content of IL-4.In conclusion,the Chinese herbal compound water extract by our own formulation can obviously improve the immune function of the immune suppression mice,and there is a certain correlation with the dose.更多还原
