【摘要】 为了研究参芪通乳散对泌乳期母猪泌乳性能和相关激素的影响,80头预产期及胎次一致的母猪随机分为空白对照组和参芪通乳散低、中、高剂量组,每组20头。产后第2天开始给药,连续给药7 d。仔猪分别于出生当日和8日龄时称重,计算仔猪的增重和死亡率。母猪于产后第8天采血测定血清激素水平。结果表明:与对照组相比,参芪通乳散低、中、高剂量组8日龄仔猪窝重和每窝净增重均明显增加(P<0.05),仔猪死亡率下降;参芪通乳散各组母猪血清催乳素含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);血清生长激素含量在低、中剂量组亦均有增加,但差异不显著(P>0.05),而在高剂量组提高了62.70%,增加尤为显著(P<0.05)。说明参芪通乳散能显著提高与泌乳有关的内分泌激素水平,促进母猪泌乳。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the effect of Shenqitongrusan on lactation performance and related hormone of lactating sows,80 farrowing sows which had similar species,fetal numbers and farrowing dates were randomly divided into control group and Shenqitongrusan low,medium and high dose groups with each group of 20 sows.Two days after delivery medicine was given,for 7 consecutive days,and weights of piglets were collected at and after birth,and 8 day after farrowing.The mortality of piglets were recorded.Blood samples from lactating sows were collected at 8 days-old piglets.The results showed that:compared with the control group,weight of 8 days and net weight per litter of Shenqitongrusan low,medium and high dose groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),piglets in death rates was declined,and sows serum prolactin was increased(P<0.05).Serum growth hormone levels in low,and middle dose groups were also increased,but not significant(P>0.05).However,esrum growth hormone level in high dose group was significantly increased 62.70 %(P<0.05).Shenqitongrusan can significantly improves the level of endocrine hormone associated with lactation to promote the sow lactation.更多还原
