【摘要】 为了测定二氧化氯固体消毒剂中DL-酒石酸的含量,采用C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),在室温下,以0.4 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调pH至2.4)为流动相,214 nm为检测波长,流速为1.0 m L/min,建立了反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定方法。结果显示,DL-酒石酸在0.2~2.0 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好,R~2=0.9999,回收率范围为97.0%~102.3%。本方法简便、准确、快速,可用于二氧化氯固体消毒剂中DL-酒石酸的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of DL-tartaric acid in the Solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant Was developed by the reverse high performance liquid chromatography（ RP-HPLC）.
