利用草菇菌渣工厂化栽培双孢蘑菇的技术研究

【摘要】 通过对工厂化栽培草菇(Volvaria volvacea)的菌渣再次工厂化栽培双孢蘑菇技术研究,以双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)品种W192为试验材料,工厂化生产草菇的菌渣为原料,设计了菌渣、牛粪比例3:1和菌渣、牛粪比例4:0的2个处理。对培养料的堆制发酵、播种发菌、覆土、出菇管理等生产环节进行了系统研究,探索了培养料预堆和发酵过程的温度、水分、p H、碳氮比的变化等,同时对这两个处理双孢蘑菇工厂化栽培过程中发菌周期、出菇周期、鲜菇产量等方面进行了考察和统计。结果表明,菌渣加牛粪和不加牛粪处理的培养料发酵过程的各项生产指标均符合双孢蘑菇工厂化生产要求,菌渣、牛粪比例3:1配方的双孢蘑菇培养料发菌快(1 d),出菇时间短(3 d),产量高(2.04 kg·m-2)。这综合说明工厂化栽培草菇的菌渣再次工厂化栽培双孢蘑菇技术可行,并对本地区综合利用草菇菌渣栽培双孢蘑菇技术的具体操作和推广应用具有积极意义。

【Abstract】 Agaricus bisporus(W192) was cultivated in different proportions medium with fungi residues from Volvaria volvacea cultivation and cow dung compost(3:1, 4:0). The variation of temperature, water, p H and ratio of C and N was investigated in the process of pile and fermentation, and the statistics about the period of mycelium and mushroom growing and yield of mushroom were also done. The results suggested that all the characters of the two medium in the course of fermentation were meet the condition of factory cultivation. However the mycelium grow faster 1 day and mushroom appeared earlier 3 day in the medium with prop 3:1 of fungi residues and cow compost than control medium(4:0), and the yield was also 2.04 kg·m-2higher than the control medium. This research indicated that the method using spent culture media to cultivate A. bisporus was highly feasible and effective and has a positive meaning for comprehensive specific operation and application of mushroom cultivation and utilization technology of V. volvacea residue in this region.
