鸡腿菇复合制剂的抗S180肿瘤作用
Antitumor Effect of Coprinus comatus-compound on S180 Tumor-bearing Mice
【摘要】 旨在探讨鸡腿菇复合制剂的抗肿瘤作用,为鸡腿菇复合制剂的推广应用提供理论基础。通过腹股沟皮下注射S180肿瘤细胞建立小鼠肿瘤模型,把接种肿瘤细胞后的小鼠随机分为阴性对照组,阳性对照组,鸡腿菇复合制剂低、中、高剂量组,2周后检测小鼠体重和肿瘤大小的不同。结果表明抗癌药物环磷酰胺的肿瘤抑制率为71.8%;鸡腿菇复合制剂低剂量组(1 233 mg·kg-1)、中剂量组(2 466 mg·kg-1)和高剂量组(3 699 mg·kg-1)的肿瘤抑制率分别为14.3%、43.5%和50.4%。这说明在实验条件下,鸡腿菇复合制剂具有明显抑瘤作用,并呈现一定的剂量依赖性。
【Abstract】 The antitumor activities of Coprinus comatus-compound were evaluated in Sarcoma 180 tumor-bearing mice by intraperitoneal administration. The tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into five groups(twelve mice in each group), such as tumor-bearing mice administrated intraperitoneally with cyclophosphamide(CTX) at the dose of 30 mg·kg-1; tumor-bearing mice administrated intraperitoneally with Coprinus comatus-compound at the respective dose of 1 233 mg·kg-1, 2 466 mg·kg-1,3 699 mg·kg-1; tumor-bearing mice administrated intraperitoneally with the same volume of normal saline. Tumor were dissected and weighed after two weeks. Coprinus comatus-compound inhibited the growth of sarcoma 180 dose-dependently, with the inhibitory rates of 14.3%, 43.5%, 50.4% at the respective dose of 1 233 mg·kg-1, 2 466 mg·kg-1, 3 699 mg·kg-1. As expected,CTX, a frequently used chemotherapeutic drug, showed a higher tumor inhibition rate of 71.8%. In the present study, Coprinus comatus-compound could inhibit the growth of sarcoma 180 in vivo through oral administration in mice.
