甘薯老茎叶栽培大杯伞试验
Test on Clitocybe maxima Substituted Cultured by Sweet Potato Vine
【摘要】 采用甘薯老茎叶不同配方栽培大杯伞(Clitocybe maxima)。结果表明,在4种含甘薯老茎叶配方中,甘薯老茎叶50%、棉籽壳25%、麦麸21%、石灰2%、石膏1%、蔗糖1%,含水量65%组成的配方,其生物转化率最高。该配方成本低廉,其投入产出比高于以木屑为主料的栽培配方,适宜栽培大杯伞。
【Abstract】 Different proportions of sweet potato vine were used to cultivate Clitocybe maxima. The result showed that the cultiva tion medium of 50% sweet potato vine, 25% cotton shell, 21% wheat bran,2% lime flour, 1% plaster powder, 1%sugar, 65%water content had the highest biological transformation rate. And for the advantage of low cost, input out-put ratio is higher than the cultivation medium with filings for main ingredient, which is suitable for the cultivation of C. maxima.
