【摘要】 目的探讨品管圈活动在降低妇科腹腔镜手术后尿潴留中的作用。方法 120例行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者,按时间顺序分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规方法对患者实施护理,观察组通过开展品管圈活动,运用品管圈护理模式对患者实施干预,分析对比两组患者的干预效果。结果观察组术后回病房后3、5、7 h自主排尿例数明显多于对照组,需要药物辅助及诱导排尿例数及需要插尿管排尿例数少于对照组;观察组尿潴留发生率为6.7%,低于对照组的23.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护士的满意度达到95.0%(57/60),对照组为76.7%(46/60),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动在降低妇科腹腔镜术后尿潴留中的效果明显,有效减少了尿潴留的发生,为患者减轻痛苦,提高了患者的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle on reduction of urinary retention after gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods A total of 120 patients with laparoscopic surgery were diviede by time order into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional Methods fornursing care, and observation group received quality control circle for nursing care. Urinary retention rate was compared between two groups. Results The observation group had more automatic micturition cases in 3, 5, 7 h after operation than control group, and less cases of medical help urination and successful cases of induced urination, and all differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). The observation group had lower urinary retention rate as 6.6% than 23.3% in control group, and difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The observation group had no cases with urinary tube urination. The observation group had higher satisfaction of nurses in patients as 95.0%(57/60) than 76.7%(46/60) in control group, and differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle activity shows significant effect in reducing urinary retention after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. This method also can relive pain and improve satisfaction in patients.更多还原
