【摘要】 目的初步探讨分析X线片上表现为锥形根的上颌第二磨牙的根管数目。方法 485例(485颗患牙)临床患者中挑选X线片和偏移X线片确认为锥形根的86颗需要根管治疗的上颌第二磨牙,常规开髓,在根管显微镜下探寻根管数目。结果 86颗患牙中单根管12例,双根管34例,三根管39例,四根管1例,占锥形根总数的13.95%、39.53%、45.35%及1.16%;占患牙总数的2.47%、7.01%、8.04%和0.21%。结论上颌第二磨牙锥形根根管数目存在不同程度的变异给临床根管治疗增加了一定的难度,在临床治疗中要格外注意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To briefly investigate and analyze root canal amount in maxillary second molar with tapered root shown by X-ray. Methods A total of 86 maxillary second molar with tapered root shown by X-ray and offset X-ray needing root canal therapy were taken among 485 clinical patients(485 involved teeth). They received conventional dental pulp open and root canal amount search by dental operating microscope. Results Among the 86 involved teeth, there were 12 cases with single root canal, 34 cases with double root canal, 39 cases with three root canal and 1 case with four root canal. They accounted respectively for 13.95%, 39.53%, 45.35% and 1.16% in total amount of root canal, and they accounted respectively for 2.47%, 7.01%, 8.04% and 0.21% in total amount of involved teeth. Conclusion Different root canal amount in maxillary second molar with tapered root brings certain difficulty in clinical root canal therapy, thus special attention is essential in clinical treatment.更多还原
