【摘要】 目的探讨经额底外侧入路治疗前循环动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析22例经额底外侧入路夹闭前循环动脉瘤患者的临床资料,观察其疗效。结果 22例患者23个动脉瘤均手术夹闭,1例术中分离时动脉瘤破裂,术后患者偏瘫;1例因交通性脑积水行脑室腹腔分流术,术后恢复好,无功能障碍;其余20例均恢复良好,无明显神经功能缺失。结论额底外侧入路治疗前循环动脉瘤可以取得较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect by frontobasal lateral approach in the treatment of anterior circulation aneurysm.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 22 patients with anterior circulation aneurysm,who received frontobasal lateral approach clipping.Their curative effects were observed.Results Among 22 patients,there were 23 aneurysms in clipping.There were 1 hemiplegia case due to intraoperative rupture and 1 recovered case from ventriculoperitoneal shunt due to communicating hydrocephalus,and the other 20 cases all had good recovery without any obvious neurological function deficits.Conclusion Frontobasal lateral approach provides good curative effect in treating anterior circulation aneurysm.更多还原
