【摘要】 目的探讨改良Kugel补片无张力疝修补术的临床疗效。方法 278例腹股沟疝患者,均使用改良Kugel补片行无张力疝修补术,观察手术时间、术后住院时间及术后并发症情况。结果全部患者切口一期愈合,平均手术时间(35±5)min,平均出院时间(4.1±0.7)d。术后切口疼痛19例,尿潴留7例,阴囊肿胀5例,经保守治疗后痊愈。所有患者无切口感染、阴囊血肿及切口皮下积液等。随访6~24个月无复发。结论改良Kugel补片无张力疝修补术具有操作方便、复发率低、术后恢复快及术后疼痛轻等特点,是治疗腹股沟疝的一种有效的手术方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect by modified Kugel mesh tension-free hernioplasty. Methods A total of 278 inguinal hernia patients all received modified Kugel mesh tension-free hernioplasty. Their operation time, postoperative hospital stay time and postoperative complications were observed. Results All patients had primary healing wound, with mean operation time as(35±5) min and mean hospital stay time as(4.1±0.7) d. There were 19 cases with postoperative incision pain, 7 cases with uroschesis, and 5 cases with scrotum swelling. They were all healed after conservative therapy. There was no case with incision infection, scrotum hematoma or incision subcutaneous hydrops. Follow-up for 6~24 months showed no recurrent case. Conclusion Modified Kugel mesh tension-free hernioplasty contains advantages of convenient operation, low recurrence rate, quick postoperative recovery and low postoperative pain. It is an effective operation method in treating inguinal hernia.更多还原
