【摘要】 目的探讨运动创伤性踝关节炎患者治疗中关节镜技术的临床应用效果。方法 90例运动创伤性踝关节炎患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组给予常规手术治疗,观察组应用关节镜技术治疗。对比两组疗效。结果治疗后,两组Mcguire踝关节功能评分均高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后踝关节功能恢复时间、术后恢复治疗时间、术后关节肿胀疼痛症状消失时间优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.6%,高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05)。结论运动创伤性踝关节炎患者治疗中关节镜技术的临床应用效果十分显著,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical application effect by arthroscopy in the treatment of sportsrelated traumatic ankle arthritis patients. Methods A total of 90 sports-related traumatic ankle arthritis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional surgical treatment, and the observation group received arthroscopy for treatment. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, both groups had higher Mcguire ankle function scores than those before treatment, and the observation group had higher score than the control group(P<0.05). The observation group had all better postoperative ankle function recovery time, postoperative recovery treatment time, and disappear time of postoperative joint swelling and pain symptoms than the control group(P<0.05). The observation group had higher total effective rate as 95.6% than 73.3% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of arthroscopy in treating sports-related traumatic ankle arthritis patients shows precisely clinical application effect. This method is worth promoting and applying in clinical treatment.更多还原
