【摘要】 目的探讨AendB亚型的血清学特点,并分析此类患者如何应用血制品进行输血治疗并观察疗效。方法通过血清学检测、吸收放散试验、唾液试验等血清学实验方法鉴定1例ABO正反定型不符患者并进行家系调查。结果该患者体内可能产生不规则抗-A1抗体,通过该流程可以从血清学角度鉴定AendB亚型,家系分析可以从遗传学角度进一步支持AendB亚型。结论对于AendB亚型患者输血治疗,为避免出现输血反应可以考虑给患者输注非亲的O型洗涤红细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate serologic characteristics of AendB subtype, and to analyze blood transfusion therapy and observe its curative effect. Methods There was 1 ABO typing discrepancy patient who received serological test, absorption-elution test, and saliva test, along with family survey. Results There might be irregular anti-A1 antibody in this patients, and AendB subtype was identified by serological test. Family survey provided further confirmation of AendB subtype genetically. Conclusion In order to avoid blood transfusion reaction, unrelated O-washed red blood cells can be taken in blood transfusion therapy for AendB subtype patient.更多还原
