【Abstract】 Lipid emulsion is an important part of parenteral nutrition support,which is considered as a source of calories and essential fatty acids. Lipid emulsion can keep cell structure and function and affect immunity function. Lipid emulsion plays an important role in the nutritional support of the critically ill children. During almost fifty years of progress since its creation,lipid emulsion has formed a series of preparations of different prescription.
