【Abstract】 Compared with political systems and social systems, IP rules and systems are more international and standardized, and they share more commensurability among various countries. China is implementing the innovation-driven development strategy and constructing an IP-based country; it is therefore necessary for her to deepen the reform of IP management system. While the IP development is becoming more international and IP competition more intense, China needs to learn the advanced IP management experiences from developed countries.更多还原
