【Abstract】 There are many problems of the intellectual property(IP briefly) policies of China which don’t meet the demand of the innovation-driven development strategy and the construction of the IP power house. It is urgent to build up an effective IP policy system. So, it is needed to formulate and complete the IP creation policy in R&D, as well as the high quality IPR obtaining policy and the patent portfolio supporting policy aiming at the market demand, as well as the IP commercialization organization supporting policy and IP tax deduction policy. It is needed to enhance the IPR judicial protection policy and the enforcement protection policy, and regulate and issue the IP management policy with maneuverability.更多还原
