华铸CAE消失模铸造模拟软件的开发与应用
Development and Application of Inte CAST Lost-Foam Casting Simulation Software
【摘要】 本文针对消失模铸造特点,在分析已有界面推移模型的基础上,综合考虑金属流动时受到模样分解产生气体压力的阻碍作用,建立了将气隙压力作为流动前沿的边界条件进行计算的界面推移模型,并利用相应的数值求解方法,模拟消失模充型凝固过程。为验证模型的有效性,本文引入基本计算模型的模拟,并与砂型模拟结果的对比分析。同时,通过系统集成以及引入消失模特有的参数设置功能,开发了华铸CAE消失模铸造模拟软件。本文给出了消失模铸造CAE软件在铸铁合金上的应用实例。应用表明,该软件能够有效地预测铸件可能产生的卷气夹渣、孔松缺陷、裂纹和变形等,并且能够根据预测结果快速有效地提供优化的工艺方案,直接指导实际生产。
【Abstract】 According to characteristics of Lost Foam Casting(LFC)process and considering the gas pressure impediment to the metal flow caused by pattern decomposition,interface moving model is established and the gap pressure is as boundary condation of melt flow front. Corresponding numerical solution method is applied to simulate filling and solidification process of LFC. To verify the validity of the model,computing of basic test model is introduced and compares the simulation results between LFC and general gravity sand casting. By integrating the specific process parameter setting and corresponding functional system interface for LFC,Inte CAST-Lost Foam simulation software is developed. The practical casting design of grey iron in LFC is given. The application shows that the proposed models could effectively predict the possible defect,and provide useful guidance for designer to optimize casting process solutions to directly improve the actual production.
