现代生物技术耦合生态价值研究
The Coupled Ecological Value of Modern Biotechnology
【摘要】 现代生物技术因其生态功能而蕴含着正负两种不同的生态价值,它们交互影响、互有抵消,形成耦合生态价值。由此构建现代生物技术生态价值耦合模型,并作为生态环境可否持续发展的判别理据。同时,过于强调现代生物技术的经济价值和即时、直接的需要而对自然无序改造,会凸显负生态价值。因此,必须从时空尺度推动现代生物技术生态效益与经济效益并行发展、驱动其进步与生态保护间的良性互动、并依托绿色现代生物技术促进生态文明建设,才能实现耦合生态价值的最大化与生态环境的可持续发展。
【Abstract】 The modern biotechnology has the positive and negative ecological value potentials due to its ecological functions. They interact and offset with each other,resulting in the coupled ecological value. A coupled ecological value model of modern biotechnology was constructed and used as the criterion to judge whether a modern biotechnology is conducive to the sustainable development of ecological environment. Meanwhile,the negative ecological value will emerge if we put too much emphasis on the immediate and direct needs of modern biotechnology and then carry out disordered transformation of nature. Therefore,it is required to promote the simultaneous development of ecological efficiency and economic values at the temporal and spatial dimensions,to drive its progress and benign interaction with ecological environment,and to accelerate the construction of eco- civilization based on green modern technology. Only in those ways can we achieve the maximization of coupled ecological value and sustainable development of ecological environment.
