“5+3”一体化医学教育改革背景下的教师专业化发展
Faculty development in reform of “5+3” integration in medical education
【摘要】 "5+3"一体化医学教育改革的"三个重心":基于岗位胜任力培养的人才质量观;重视基础与临床深度融合的课程体系建设;凸显人文情怀,促进医学生职业生涯发展。医学教师专业化发展相应侧重于:更新医学人才观,提高教师教育哲学素养和教学水平;参与课程体系建设,提高教学学术水平;发展医学人文素养,坚持德艺双馨的教师专业化发展方向。
【Abstract】 The reform focuses on quality of talents training based on doctors’ competency; curriculum development for the integration in basic and clinical medicine; humanistic feelings help the career development of students. Medical faculty development should change concept of talents training to improve the quality of educational philosophy,improve the teaching academic level,improve both medical humanistic quality and teaching ability and level.
