【摘要】 目的:在短学制有限时间内提升三年制临床医学专业学生的实践操作能力。方法:随机抽取2012级三年制临床医学专业学生120名,分为实验班及对照班各60名。实验班采取"二段式"临床应用解剖操作教学模式;对照班采取传统局部解剖理论教学模式,教学时数均为38节。考试标准统一,两班平均成绩t检验。结果:实验班满意率91.5%,平均成绩(72.45±13.14)分,>60分者81.67%;对照班平均成绩(64.67±12.73)分,>60分者68.33%,差异有统计学意义,实验班成绩优于对照班。结论:二段式解剖教学选择在第四学期开设临床应用解剖是三年制高职高专临床医学专业的最佳解剖教学模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To elevate clinical medicine students’ clinical skills. Methods: 120 students from the class of 2012 participated a randomized controlled trial. The experimental group used the two- stage approach while the control group used the conventional local anatomy teaching approach. Results: 91. 5% of the experimental class were satisfied with their learning experience. They achieved a average score of72. 45 ± 13. 14,the control class 64. 67 ± 12. 73. 81. 67% of the experiment class gained a score higher than 60,the control class 68. 33%.Conclusion: To use the two- stage method in the fourth semester is the best teaching arrangement for the three program students.更多还原
