【摘要】 目的:探讨PBL教学法在留学生儿科临床见习中的应用和教学效果。方法:临床专业留学生分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学模式,通过出科考核及问卷调查的方式评价教学效果。结果:观察组在理论、操作及病例分析考核的得分上明显高于对照组(P<0.01);问卷调查留学生对教学方法的评价,观察组对各项问卷调查指标评价均高于对照组。结论:留学生儿科临床见习用PBL法教学,有利于培养学生的临床思维和实践能力,提高教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to find out the effects of using PBL for overseas students in their clinical observations of pediatrics department.Methods: a controlled randomized trial was conducted. A written test and questionnaire survey was given at the end of the trial. Results:the experimental group did significantly better in written test,skill test and case analysis( P < 0. 01). Data collected from the questionnaire also indicated students gave a more favorable feedback to the new teaching approach than the conventional one. Conclusions:PBL can help train clinical skills and improve learning outcomes.更多还原
