TBL联合CBL教学法在住院医师风湿病临床教学中的应用
A pilot study of combined application of team-based learning with case-based learning program in residents training of rheumatology
【摘要】 目的:探讨TBL联合CBL在住院医师风湿病教学中的效果。方法:将学生随机分为传统授课组和TBL联合CBL教学组,通过测验及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果:TBL联合CBL教学法有助于提高住院医师解决临床实际问题的能力,使理论知识与临床实际结合得更紧密,提高住院医师的综合能力及团队合作能力。联合教学组学生的平均成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:TBL联合CBL教学法有助于提高住院医师的综合能力。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of TBL combined with CBL in resident training of rheumatology. Methods Residents were randomly divided into the control group and the combination study group. Results TBL combined with CBL was effective in improving the knowledge of rheumatology,ability of clinical practice and team work. The mean score of the combined study group were significantly higher than the traditional study group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions TBL combined with CBL could improve the learning effect of residents in rheumatology.
