中国八年制医学教育现状与思考
An analysis on the Present Status of Eight-year medical Program in China
【摘要】 从建国到改革开放,我国逐渐形成了以五年制为主体,三、七年制并存的医学教育体制。为适应社会对高层次医学拔尖创新人才的需求,教育部于2004年批准五所医学院校试办临床医学八年制。经过十年探索,试办八年制的院校数量增多,培养方案各具特色,与此同时,有关八年制的思考与问题日渐受到关注。近期,教育部等六部门发布了《关于医教协同深化临床医学人才培养改革的意见》,八年制"精英教育"必将迎来新的改革。本文将对国内临床医学八年制的现况做一概述,以期为新一轮改革提供参考。
【Abstract】 In the early years of the new China,there were three,five,and seven-year medical programs,with the majority as five-year programs. In 2004,five medical schools were permitted to run eight-year programs. Recently,the Education Ministry issued a guideline which aims at reforming medical education. This paper describes the current eight-year programs,which might serve as a reference for future education reform.
