丙戊酸的药物基因组学研究进展
Research progress of valproic acid pharmacogenomics
【摘要】 丙戊酸作为一种广谱抗癫痫药物在临床使用广泛。除用于癫痫治疗外,丙戊酸还常被用于双相障碍、精神分裂、人格障碍等疾病的治疗。目前有关丙戊酸遗传药理学的研究已引起众多国内外学者的关注,已有多项研究证实遗传因素在丙戊酸的代谢和不良反应的发生中起重要作用。本文对今年来有关丙戊酸遗传药理学方面的研究进展情况进行了整理、分析和讨论,为进一步开展丙戊酸的遗传药理学研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Valproic acid(VPA) is one of the most commonly prescribed drugs for epilepsy in clinical practice. Besides epilepsy, VPA is also used to treat bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorder, and migraines. Many researches indicate that genetic factors have a significantly influence on VPA metabolism and drug adverse reactions. We summarize the recent researches on VPA pharmacogenetics in this paper.
