临床药师参与1例头孢曲松引起肝损伤患者的药物分析与调整
Clinical pharmacists participating in drug analysis and adjustment in a patient with drug-induced liver injury by ceftriaxone
【摘要】 根据患者用药情况,临床药师参与1例药物性肝损伤患者的药物治疗方案分析与调整,建议医师停用可疑药物,予以保肝治疗,患者经治疗后肝功能恢复。
【Abstract】 According to the patient’s use of medication, clinical pharmacists participated in the analysis and adjustment of therapeutic scheme for a patient with drug-induced liver injury. Physicians discontinued the suspicious drugs and adjusted liver protection drugs. The liver function of the patient recovered after the treatment.
