【摘要】 文章以中国医疗卫生事业改革发展为引领,以基层护理岗位能力需求为导向,明确高职护理人才培养目标,探讨采用阶梯式评价体系作为高职护理人才培养中的教学考核形式,即随年级增长、随课程的逐步深入,递进式采用个人理论实践操作考核、小组协作式考核、临床实习考核、客观结构化临床考试的阶梯式考评办法,客观、全面、科学地衡量学生个性发展、专业学习能力及临床实践能力,以满足护理职业教育的发展要求,培养适应基层医院护理岗位需求的护理人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 To meet the development requirements of nursing vocational education and the needs for good nursing care workers in primary health centers,this article uses a ladder-style evaluation system as the form of teaching assessment in the high-level nursing care personnel training,that is,with the grade growth and further study,we use individual theory and practice operation assessment,group collaborative assessment,clinical practice assessment step by step to make the comprehensive evaluation more objective and to measure students’ personality development,professional learning ability and clinical practice ability in a more objective,comprehensive,and scientific way.This evaluation system conforms to the reform and development of China’s medical and health undertakings.更多还原
