【摘要】 目的:调查宁波市江东区2型糖尿病患者的健康管理现状及中医健康管理需求。方法:选取宁波市江东区纳入社区健康管理的2型糖尿病患者180人,采用自制问卷对其进行调查。结果:共获得有效问卷164份,51.83%的患者接受过健康管理知识讲座,41.46%的患者参加过社区组织的健康俱乐部活动,20.73%的患者签约了家庭医生服务。88.41%的患者希望获得中医健康管理服务,不同文化程度、收入状况及医保状况患者对中医健康管理的需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者对中医诊疗、饮食调养、体质辨识、生活起居、养生锻炼、情志调适和中医适宜技术等7项中医健康管理服务项目的需求度依次为51.83%、44.51%、35.98%、29.88%、29.27%、28.66%、23.17%。结论:宁波市江东区2型糖尿病患者对中医健康管理有较高需求且需求多样化,建议结合家庭医生签约服务,进一步完善中医健康管理工作,从而为糖尿病患者提供高效便捷的健康管理服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide reference for conducting better traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health management service by investigating the current health management situation of type 2diabetes patients as well as their demands for health management of TCM in Jiangdong District of Ningbo.Methods A hundred and eighty patients with type 2diabetes being included in the community health management were surveyed by self-made questionnaires in Jiangdong.Results A total of 164 valid questionnaires were analyzed.51.83% of the patients had attended lectures on health management,41.46% of the patients had participated in health club activities organized by the community,and20.73% of the patients had signed the contract of general practitioner service.88.41% of the patients hoped to enjoy health management service on TCM.There were differences in demands for traditional Chinese medicine service among patients with different education,income and medical insurance(P<0.05).The patients’ demands for 7items of TCM health management service including TCM diagnosis,diet nursing,physical identification,daily living,exercise for keeping fit,modern adjustment and appropriate TCM technology were successively 51.83%,44.51%,35.98%,29.88%,29.27%,28.66% and 23.17%.Conclusions The demands of type 2diabetes patients for health management of TCM were relatively high and diverse.It is suggested that health management of TCM should be improved in combination with the general practitioner service so as to supply efficient and convenient health management service for diabetes patients.更多还原
