旱涝交替胁迫条件下粳稻株高生长模拟与分析

【摘要】 揭示水稻株高在不同旱涝交替胁迫下的生长规律,寻求理想的水稻株高生长模型,可为进一步利用灌溉调控方式协调群体光合效率和抗风倒伏性能以及产量结构提供参考。运用Logistic,Gompertz和von Bertalanffy 3种非线性生长模型,分别对分蘖期旱涝交替胁迫处理(T-LD和T-HD)、拔节期旱涝交替胁迫处理(J-LD和J-HD)以及浅水勤灌的对照处理(CK)的水稻株高数据进行曲线拟合和分析。经分析得出,不同时期的旱涝交替胁迫处理对于株高生长有着显著影响;通过模型评价指标可知,Logistic,Gompertz和von Bertalanffy 3种非线性生长模型对CK,T-LD和T-HD的模拟效果均显著优于J-LD和J-HD处理;Logistic,Gompertz和von Bertalanffy 3种非线性生长模型均可模拟旱涝交替胁迫下粳稻的生长曲线,但Logistic模型拟合优度更高,与实测值更接近。通过对Logistic方程求导,得出株高增长速率随时间的变化方程,可知T-LD和T-HD在生育阶段后期的生长速率显著大于J-LD、J-HD和CK处理,这表明分蘖期旱涝交替胁迫能够引起生育后期株高的补偿生长。与Gompertz和von Bertalanffy模型相比,Logistics模型更适合分蘖期旱涝交替胁迫处理下株高生长规律。

【Abstract】 The objective of the study was to build a model of plant height growth rules of rice(Oryza sativa L.)under alternate drought and flooding stress.In this study,the growth models of rice under different alternate drought and flooding stress from 0to130 days after transplanting were analyzed and fitted with nonlinear models of Logistic,Gompertz and von Bertalanffy.Results indicated that the heigh growth curves were appropriately fitted by the three Nonlinear Models,but the Logistic model provided a better fitting degree;all the three Non-linear Models could better simulate the height growth of rice plants under CK,T-LD and T-HD treatments than those of J-LD and J-HD treatmens;the changes of height growth rate indicated that the significant higher height of rice plants under T-LD and T-HD treatments than those of J-LD and J-HD treatmens were related to the compensative effects of T-LD and T-HD during the later growing stage.Our results indicated that rice plants were significantly influenced by irrigation regimes;the changes of heights could be nicely fitted for the rice plant under CK and alternate flooding and drying stress during tillering stage.
