单分子膜不同铺膜量阻水面蒸发小区试验研究

【摘要】 基于室内试验,筛选出十六醇+正丙醇和十八醇+正丙醇复配两种非均相水分蒸发抑制剂,并开展小区试验研究,结果表明:十六醇+正丙醇复配非均相阻蒸发制剂随着用量的增加,其阻蒸发效率趋于稳定;十六醇+正丙醇复配单分子膜最佳铺膜计量值为3.50mL/m2;十八醇+正丙醇复配单分子膜随着用量增加,阻蒸发效率也趋于稳定值,十八醇+正丙醇复配单分子膜最佳铺膜计量值为3.83 mL/m2。十八醇+正丙醇非均相阻蒸发抑制剂的平均抑制率34.5%,十六醇+正丙醇非均相阻蒸发抑制剂的平均抑制率30.4%,十八醇+正丙醇阻蒸发效果要明显优于十六醇+正丙醇,与室内试验结果一致。

【Abstract】 According to the results of indoor tests,Cetyl alcohol mixed with n-propyl alcohol and Octadecanol mixed with n-propyl alcohol are selected as the compound non-homogeneous preventing evaporation preparation,and small experimental studies are carried out.The results show that with the amount increase in Cetyl alcohol mixed with n-propyl alcohol compound non-homogeneous preventing evaporation preparation,its preventing evaporation efficiency is stabilizing.The conclusion is that best spreading films measurement value of Cetyl alcohol mixed with n-propyl alcohol compound monomolecular films is 3.50 mL/m~2.With the amount increase in Octadecanol mixed with n-propyl alcohol compound non homogeneous preventing evaporation preparation,its preventing evaporation efficiency is stabilizing,the conclusion is that the best spreading films measurement value of Octadecanol mixed with npropyl alcohol compound monomolecular films is 3.83mL/m~2.The average inhibition rate of Octadecanol mixed with n-propyl alcohol compound monomolecular films 34.5%.The average inhibition rate of Cetyl alcohol mixed with n-propyl alcohol compound monomolecular films 30.4 Octadecanol+ n-propanol evaporation barrier effect is much better than cetyl alcohol+ n-propanol,consistent with laboratory test results.
