【摘要】 介绍2016中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会参展无缝内衣圆机的厂商和设备概况。本次展会共有5家厂商展出了9台机器。意大利圣东尼(Santoni)公司是国外无缝内衣机的唯一参展商,其展出机器型号和主要技术特点为:机号为32针/25.4 mm的SM8-TOP2 FAST型单面机,机速可以达到130 r/min;SM-DJ2T型双面机(12路编织,或8路编织+4路移圈,或6路编织+6路移圈),可以双向移圈,已用于开发鞋面材料。国产无缝内衣机主要有4家参展,分别是宁波慈星的GE82-13单面机、广州科赛恩的Smart Pro Gs单面机、凹凸的EMJY-8单面机、日发公司的RFSM20和RFSM30单面机。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the circular seamless underwear knitting machines on the 2016 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition-ITMA Asia including 9 machines from 5 manufacturers and sales companies.The Italian Santoni is the only international company to attend the exhibition with its machine types and main technological features such as the 32 G SM8-TOP2 FAST single machine with the running speed up to 130 r/min, SMDJ2 T double-bed machine with two-way transfer function equipped with 12 feeders, which can be set with either 8feeder normal knitting plus 4 feeder transfer, or 6 feeder normal knitting plus 6 feeder transfer for developing shoe materials. The 4 seamless underwear knitting machines exhibited by domestic companies are GE82-13 single machine from Cixing, Smart Pro Gs single machine from Kesaien, EMJY-8 single machine from Aotu, RFSM20 and RFSM30 single machine from Rifa.更多还原
