【摘要】 采用三原色活性染料对黏胶纤维进行染色,将染色后纤维纺成纱线并织成织物,研究了三原色活性染料染色纤维、色纺纱线及色织织物三者之间的颜色关系及规律。结果表明,在试验染料用量范围内,有色黏胶纤维的反射率曲线与其纱线、织物的反射率曲线走向一致,且随着染料用量增大,有色黏胶纤维的反射率曲线则不断靠近其纱线、织物的反射率曲线;在相同染色条件下,黏胶纤维纱线与织物的反射率曲线基本重合,说明纱线与织物的颜色深度相近;不同用量染料染出纤维色深度与染料用量呈现较好的线性关系;同一染色深度下,纤维及需要纺纱的纤维染料用量存在一个差值,且该差值与染色深度呈线性关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The viscose fibers were dyed with trichromatic colors by reactive dyes, and the dyed fiber was spun into yarns and knitted into fabric. The color relations and laws among the dyed fibers, color yarns, and fabrics were studied. The results show that within the scope of dye concentration in the experiment, reflectance curve of dyed viscose fiber, colored yarn, and fabric are similar, and with the increasing of dye concentration, the reflectance curve of dyed viscose fiber is close to those of the yarn and fabric. With the same dyeing concentration,the reflectance curve of yarn and fabric is almost overlapping, that is to say, the shade of the yarn and fabric is almost similar. There is a good linear relationship about color depth of fiber and yarn with the different dye concentration. Under the same color depth, there is a different value of dye with fiber and its spun yarn, and there is a linear relationship between the difference value and color depth.更多还原
