植物源功能黏胶纤维的性能研究

【摘要】 为研究植物源功能黏胶纤维的性能,选择绿茶、薄荷、草珊瑚、大青叶等4种植物源抗菌防臭功能性黏胶纤维,对其基本性能和抗菌性能进行测试,并与普通黏胶纤维进行对比。结果表明,植物源功能黏胶纤维与普通黏胶纤维相比,其断裂强度、断裂伸长率有所下降,回潮率增加,比电阻呈下降趋势,抗菌性能都符合国家标准。植物源功能黏胶纤维可广泛用于制作内衣、袜子和床上用品,也可用于制作医疗用品。

【Abstract】 In order to study the properties of the plant origin functional viscose fiber, the paper compares the basic properties and anti-bacterial property of four plant origin anti-bacterial functional viscose fibers with common viscose fiber, including green tea, mint, Sarcandra glabra and Folium Isatidis. The results show that compared with the common viscose fiber, the breaking tenacity and the elongation at break of plant origin functional viscose fibers are reduced, the moisture regain is increased, the specific resistance is declined and the anti-bacterial property accord with national standard. The plant origin functional viscose fiber is suitable for developing underwear, socks,bedding and medical supplies.
