针织物定形机废气余热回收及处理系统

【摘要】 阐述了印染行业废气治理方面较为严峻的节能环保政策及形势,介绍了一种自行研制的智能型的针织物定形机废气净化和热能回收利用的工艺方法及设备特点。并根据针织染整企业定形机废气的特点,制定特定的工艺进行废气处理。指出了采用这种智能型的针织物定形机废气余热回收及处理系统,既可解决环境保护问题,又能获得节能带来的经济效益。

【Abstract】 Severe energy conservation and environmental protection policy and situation of exhaust gas governance in dyeing and printing industry were expounded, and intelligent process method and the equipment characteristics of exhaust gas purification and waste heat recovery which developed by oneself were introduced. According to the characteristics of exhaust gas in knitting dyeing and finishing enterprise, the special process of exhaust gas governance was made. It pointed out that intelligent waste heat recovery and treatment system of setting machine exhaust gas for knitted fabric could solve the problems of environmental protection and also brought economic and social benefits because of energy saving.
