低压断路器开断模型研究历程及现状分析
Status Analysis and Research Progress of the Interruption Model of Low Voltage Circuit Breaker
【摘要】 开断能力是考核低压断路器性能的关键指标,通过数值计算的方法建立低压断路器的开断模型,对于预测产品性能、提高产品设计质量及降低产品生产成本具有重要的意义。但是,由于开断过程的复杂性,目前对于其数学模型的建立仍有许多问题未解决,特别是开断过程的多场域耦合问题一直是该领域研究的热点和难点。对低压断路器的电弧数学模型以及开断过程的耦合计算模型进行全面分析,研究成果对于全面回顾相关领域的研究历程和现状、展望未来发展趋势具有借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 The breaking capacity is the key performance index of the low voltage circuit breaker. To construct an interruption model of the breaker with numerical method can help to predict the product performance, improve the product design quality and decrease the product cost. However, due to the complexity of the interruption process, there are still many problems unsolved in the field of its mathematic modeling, especially for the modeling of the multi-field coupled phenomenon that exists in the breaker’s interruption process. A comprehensive analysis is given both for the arc mathematical model of the low voltage circuit breaker and for the coupled calculation model during the interruption process, which has certain reference meanings to the comprehensive review of the research progress and status of relevant field and to predict the future development trend.
