【摘要】 目的通过步态分析和Lyscholm膝关节功能评分对关节镜辅助支持带松解术治疗髌骨外侧挤压综合征(Lateral Patellar Crush Syndrome,LPSC)的临床疗效进行评价。方法选取该院2006年4月—2009年12月行髌外侧支持带松解术治疗的LPSC患者74例作为研究对象,进行术前及术后步态分析和Lyscholm膝关节功能评分。结果与术前比较,术后患者步长、步幅、步速、步频均明显增加(P<0.05),迈步时间明显缩短(P<0.05),患者单脚支撑比例明显增加(P<0.05);双脚支撑比例与治疗前比较明显减小(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。Lysholm膝关节功能术后评分为(84.53±8.46)分明显高于术前评分(55.57±7.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过步态分析和Lyscholm膝关节功能评分可知,患者术后步态得到很好的改善,膝关节运动功恢复良好,可见关节镜辅助外侧支持带松解术治疗LPSC具有良好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To evaluate the effective and clinical value of treatment of excessive lateral pressure syndrome by gait analysis and Lyscholm rating scale.Methods Seventy-four patients with excessive lateral pressure syndrome were treated with arthroscopic lateral retinacullum releasing.The results were evaluated according to gait analysis and Lysholm rating scale before and after operation.Results Compared with preoperation,step length,stride length and walking speed,step frequency were all significantly increased(P<0.05),but the step time was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the rate of single support was increased(P<0.05),double support decreased,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative scores of Lysholm were 84.53±8.46 which was higher than preoperative scores 55.57±7.27,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.01).Conclusions The arthroscopic lateral retinacullum releasing technique have good clinical effects in the treatent of excessive lateral pressure syndrome.The operation can improve gait and restore knee function.更多还原
