【摘要】 目的观察口服麻杏滋脾胶囊配合耳穴贴压治疗老年混合痔术后便秘的疗效。方法将100例混合痔术后便秘患者随机分为二组,观察组口服麻杏滋脾胶囊,耳穴贴压肺、脾、肾、直肠、便秘点,对照组口服聚乙二醇4000散,耳穴贴压肺、脾、肾、直肠、便秘点,观察排便效果及切口疼痛、出血、水肿情况。结果观察组排便效果(P<0.01)及切口疼痛、出血、水肿(P<0.05)明显优于对照组。结论口服麻杏滋脾胶囊配合耳穴贴压肺、脾、肾、直肠、便秘点,治疗老年混合痔术后便秘疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect by eating ApricotZipi(Nourishing Spleen)capsules and using auricular point pressure in order to treat senile mixed hemorrhoid postoperative constipation.Methods Totally 100 cases of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative constipation patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group eat Apricot Zipi(Nourishing Spleen)capsules,lung,spleen,kidney,rectum and constipation points were pressed by auricular point,while the control group received polyethylene glycol 4000(dispersing agent),lung,spleen,kidney,rectum and constipation points were pressed by auricular point.The effect of defecation and incision pain,bleeding,edema was observed.Results The effect of defecation of observation group(P<0.01)and incision pain,bleeding,edema(P<0.05)were obviously better than the control group.Conclusion The curative effect is obviously distinct by eating Hemp Apricot Zipi(Nourishing Spleen)capsules and using auricular point pressure together to treat senile mixed hemorrhoid postoperative constipation.更多还原
