miRNA在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中研究进展
MicroRNAs and hypoxic-ischemic in neonates
【摘要】 miRNA,即微小RNA,是一类高度保守的内源性单链小分子RNA,通过与m RNA相关部位结合参与目的基因的调控。最近国内外的研究表明,中枢神经系统存在大量的mi RNA,并且广泛参与神经细胞损伤与修复等多种病理生理学过程,这意味着我们可以通过mi RNA来深入认识新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病。本文对mi RNA在缺氧缺血性脑病中的关系进行综述,以期在基因方向上为新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的预防、诊治提供新的思路。
【Abstract】 Micro RNA(mi RNA) is a kind of highly conserved endogenous single stranded small molecule RNA, which is involved in the regulation of target genes by binding to m RNA. Recent research shows that central nervous system exists a number of mi RNA, and they participate in a wide range of nerve cell damage and repair a variety of pathophysiological processes, which means we can through mi RNA to in-depth understanding of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). In this paper, the relationship of mi RNA in HIE was reviewed, in order to provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of neonatal HIE.
