【Abstract】 Forkhead box O(FoxO), one of the Fox Family members, mediates many aspects of physiology, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, metabolism, stress and longevity. FoxO3a, which is mainly expressed in the heart, plays a major role in regulating the incidence and development of heart disease, and has become a hot research.
