【摘要】 目的分析健康中老年凝血酶原时间与地理环境的关系,为制定健康中老年凝血酶原时间参考值提供科学依据。方法搜集全国83个单位12 316例健康中老年凝血酶原时间参考值,运用相关分析将健康中老年凝血酶原时间参考值与选取的16项地理因素指标进行了研究,提取其中存在相关性的8项地理因素进行主成分分析,建立回归模型。运用Arcgis10.0,采用克里金法进行插值并输出健康中老年凝血酶原时间参考值的地理分布图。结果用主成分分析法建立回归模型,y=15.75-0.017 6X1+0.000 171X₃-0.007 15X₈-0.173X₉-0.002 94X₁₀+0.003 06X₁₁-0.659X₁₄+0.099 7X₁₆±0.075 2。中国健康中老年人凝血酶原时间参考值总体呈现从东往西逐渐升高的分布规律。结论已知中国某地地理因素,经度（X₁）、海拔（X₃）、气温年较差（X₈）、年平均风速（X₉）、表土砂砾百分率(X₁₀)、表土粉粒百分率(X₁₁)、表土容重(X₁₄)、表土有机质含量(X₁₆),可通过此模型估算该地健康中老年凝血酶原时间参考值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the relationship between geographical environment and the reference value of prothrombin time（ PT） for providing scientific basis of healthy middle-aged and elderly people’s PT reference value standards in China. Methods 12 316 examples healthy subjects’ PT were collected from 83 units. The relationship between the reference value of PT and 16 geographical factors was studied by correlation analysis. The regression equation between PT and 8 geographical factors which had significant correlation with PT was produced by principal component analysis. And the kriging interpolation was used to explore spatial distribution of PT using Arcgis10. 0.
