广州某办公建筑集中空调系统能耗分析

【摘要】 以广州某办公建筑集中空调系统为典型案例,基于集中空调系统的制冷系数、能效比等指标,从工艺和设备方面,提出办公场所集中空调系统的不同改造方案,对比不同方案的节能潜力,并基于层次分析法给出各个优化方案的权重。结果表明:采用水泵和压缩机变频技术并提高室内设定温度的节能潜力最大;合理确定设计运行参数,可以有效节约空调系统用能。

【Abstract】 Taking the central air-conditioning system for one office building in Guangzhou as typical case,based on the main indexes of central air-conditioning system,such as COPand EER,different kinds of optimization scheme of central air-conditioning systems in office building are provided from the aspects of process and equipment.The energy-saving potentials of different schemes are compared,and the weight ratios of the schemes are calculated based on analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the pump & compressor frequency conversion technologies and higher indoor temperature are the main energy efficiency measurements for central air-conditioning system.The reasonable operation parameters are positive for energy-saving in central air-conditioning system.
