耐盐芽孢杆菌对砂土黏结强度加固作用的影响试验

【摘要】 为了研究耐盐芽孢杆菌对砂土黏结强度加固作用的影响效果,本文对耐盐芽孢杆菌液与无活性的耐盐芽孢杆菌液分别处理过的砂样进行固化效果对比,以及对养护了7d、14d、21d的固化砂样进行自由落体试验,收集其主要碎块胶结体进行对比,最后再对养护了7d、14d、21d和28d的固化砂样进行直剪试验。对比试验结果表明经耐盐芽孢杆菌处理过的砂土的固化效果显著;自由落体试验收集的主要碎块胶结体,发现随着养护时间的增长,胶结体体积也开始增大,表明经耐盐芽孢杆菌处理的松散砂土胶结效果显著;固化砂样的直剪试验结果表明,经耐盐芽孢杆菌处理的砂样最大剪切力在前14d有显著的增加,14d到28d的增加变得缓慢。

【Abstract】 To evaluate the effects of the Bacillus halodurans on the cohesion strength of sand,the solidification effects of samples processed with live and dead Bacillus halodurans solutions were compared.A series of free-fall tests were performed on the solidified samples,which were cured for 7days,14 days and 21 days.The broken pieces of the samples were collected and analyzed.In addition,some direct shear tests on solidified samples were conducted to measure the curing strength.The tests results showed that the live Bacillus halodurans solution has a great reinforcement on the sand structure.The volume cemented body of broken solidified samples increases with time.The shear strength measured from direct shear test was found to increase within the first14 days and increase slowly from 14 days to 28 days.
