西罗莫司类似物7-O-去甲基雷帕霉素的分离和结构鉴定
Isolation and chemical structure of sirolimus analogue 7-O-demethylrapamycin
【摘要】 从西罗莫司产生菌吸水链霉菌FC904的发酵液中分离纯化获得西罗莫司类似物,其在西罗莫司HPLC谱图中与西罗莫司相对保留时间为0.44。对其理化性质和波谱分析表明,它与7-O-去甲基雷帕霉素同质。
【Abstract】 An analogue of sirolimus was isolated from the fermentation broth of sirolimus producing strain Streptomyces hygroscopicus FC904. The relative retention time(RRT) of its peak with respect to sirolimus was 0.44 in HPLC. It was identifi ed as 7-O-demethylrapamycin by physical chemical properties and spectral analyses.
