【Abstract】 The characteristics and work principle of cross field amplifiers(CFAs)are introduced.The state of the art,the feature and the gap of CFA products in domestic and foreign with various frequencies are compared.The application of CFAs in microwave link structures of radar transmitter is described and the applications in domestic and foreign are compared.The reason why the CFAs are seldom selected in domestic is given and the potential development direction is pointed.更多还原
