多注速调管电子枪快热结构设计
Design of Fast Warm up Cathode for Multi-Beam Klystron
【摘要】 本文简要介绍了某多注速调管用电子枪的快热结构设计方案,并给出了该电子枪结构的稳态及瞬态热分析仿真及实测结果。仿真和实测结果表明:该电子枪阴极预热时间在150s以内,达到了项目的快热指标要求。
【Abstract】 The preliminary design of a multi-beam klystron gun of Beijing Vacuum Electronics Research Institute is presented briefly in this paper.A kind of way is adopted in this klystron by using fast warming up cathode.The electron gun structure,steady state and transient thermal analysis are designed and optimized,respectively.It shows that the warming up time is less than 150 seconds in cathode fast test experiment,which achieves the program objective.
