X射线CT球管的研制进展

【摘要】 CT球管是医用CT产生X射线的重要且昂贵的耗材,其性能直接影响CT成像的质量,也影响CT机的使用费用,高热容量的CT球管是高性能CT的必备部件,5 MHU CT球管采用金属陶瓷结构,工作电压140kV,大焦点阳极功率48kW,具有大小焦点两种工作模式,大焦点0.7mm×1.6mm,小焦点0.6mm×1mm,热容量最大5MHU,经测试性能指标达到要求,经过CT机上运行,运行稳定,成像质量良好。5 MHU CT球管的研制成功实现高性能CT球管的国产化,也为研制更高性能的CT球管打下基础。

【Abstract】 CT Tubes are key components for CT machines.The image quality and the maintenance cost of CT machines are mainly determined by the tubes to some extent.High heat-absorption capacity tubes are necessary for advanced CT.The 5MHU CT tube is made of metal and ceramic structure.It can work at large and small focal spot mode,the large focal spot is 0.7mm×1.6mm and the small one is 0.6mm×1mm.The working voltage of the tube is 140 kV,and the anode power in large focal spot mode is 48 kW.The main characteristic of the tube can meet the demands of the CT machine and high quality topography images can be obtained.The development of the CT 5MHU tube succeeded in the localization of the high performance CT tube,and also laid the foundation for the development of the CT tube with higher performance.
