【摘要】 目的分析飞行员腮腺肿瘤的诊治和医学鉴定特点。方法选择2002年5—10月因腮腺肿瘤进行诊治和鉴定的飞行员4例,提取其病历资料。回顾性分析其病史、各种检查结果、治疗经过、飞行结论等资料,进行统计分析。结果 4例均为单侧发病(均为左侧),单个肿瘤。4例均接受了手术治疗,术后病理报告为恶性肿瘤3例(辅以放疗),良性肿瘤1例。3例手术后恢复飞行,1例恶性肿瘤术后复发伴颈部淋巴结转移,第2次手术后仍在地面观察。结论飞行员腮腺肿瘤及时手术治疗效果好,多数可恢复飞行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the characteristics of diag nosis, treatmentand medical evaluation of parotid tumorin pilots. Methods The medical information of fourpilots who had suffered f rom parotid tumorbetween May and October2012 was collected. Then, the medical history, laboratory results, instrumentcheck results, treatments, medical evaluation results were analyzed. Results Each case had only one pa rotid tu mori n the lef tand received surgery. Th ree of the cases had malig nanttumoraccording to the pathological reportand received radiotherapy. Th ree returned to f lightand one was, temporarily g rounded af tera second surgery due to cancerrecidivism accompanying cervical ly mph node metastasis.
