【摘要】 目的观察复方紫草油对湿疹模型小鼠血清IL-2、TNF-α水平的影响,探讨复方紫草油治疗湿疹的作用机制。方法将60只健康小鼠分为正常组、中药高浓度组、中药低浓度组、西药组、模型组,每组12只,建立湿疹小鼠模型,观察各组治疗前后小鼠耳片重量、厚度变化,ELLES法测血清IL-2、TNF-α变化。结果中药高浓度组小鼠平均耳片质量差(3.56±0.60)mg、厚度差(0.20±0.09)mm以及血清IL-2、TNF-α[(5.01±0.54)pg/m L,(74.13±3.91)pg/m L]水平均低于中药低浓度组[(5.46±1.24)mg,(0.40±0.17)mm,(5.66±0.48)pg/m L,(78.12±2.02)pg/m L]和模型组[(8.78±1.12)mg,(0.54±0.16)mm,(6.43±0.63)pg/m L,(85.61±5.10)pg/m L](Ρ均<0.05),与西药组[(2.86±0.69)mg,(0.10±0.07)mm,(4.80±0.58)pg/m L]比较差异无统计学意义(Ρ>0.05)。结论中高剂量复方紫草油能降低湿疹模型小鼠的炎症反应,并能降低血清IL-2、TNF-α水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of compound Zicao oil on the levels of serum IL-2 and TNF-αin eczema mice model and the underlying mechanism. Methods Sixty healthy mice were randomly divided into blank control group, traditional Chinese medicine groups(high- and low-dosages), western medicine group, and model group, with 12 mice in each group. Eczema The thickness and weights of mouse ears were measured. The levels of serum IL-2 and TNF-αwere determined by ELISA method. Results In high-dose traditional Chinese medicine group, the weights and thickness of ears were 3.56±0.60 mg and 0.20±0.09 mm and the levels of serum IL-2 and TNF-α were 5.01 ±0.54 pg/m L and 74.13 ±3.91 pg/m L, respectively,which were significantly decreased than those in low-dose traditional Chinese medicine group(5.46±1.24 mg,0.40±0.17 mm,5.66±0.48 pg/m L,78.12±2.02 pg/m L) and model group(8.78±1.12 mg,0.54±0.16 mm,6.43±0.63 pg/m L, 85.61±5.10 pg/m L), with all P<0.05 and did not differ from those of western medicine group(2.86±0.69 mg, 0.10±0.07 mm, 4.80±0.58 pg/m L, 4.80±0.58 pg/m L; all P>0.05). Conclusion Compound zicao oil at a certain concentration can suppress the inflammatory response in mice with eczema, with a decrease in the level of serum IL-2 and TNF-α.更多还原
