【摘要】 目的观察卢立康唑乳膏1次/d疗法治疗花斑糠疹的效果及安全性。方法将参与实验的花斑糠疹患者80例随机分组,实验组每晚1次外用卢立康唑乳膏,对照组早晚各1次外用酮康唑乳膏,连续2周,于治疗前、停药后2周、停药后6周分别进行症状和体征评分。结果实验组及对照组治疗结束停药后2周有效率分别为54.5%和56.3%,真菌转阴率为81.8%和87.5%;治疗结束停药后6周则有效率则分别为63.6%和62.5%,真菌转阴率为93.9%和93.8%,均无显著差异(P>0.05)。按皮损颜色分组分析,白色花斑糠疹无论在实验组或对照组,其有效率均明显低于褐色的及红色的皮损,且均未发现明确的药物不良反应。结论卢立康唑乳膏1次/d,2周外用疗法治疗花斑糠疹疗效好,简便易行,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of once-daily luliconazole cream in treatment of pityriasis versicolor.Methods There were 80 patients with pityriasis versicolor randomly enrolled into trial group treated with luliconazole cream(once daily)for 2weeks and into control group treated with 2% ketaconazole cream(twice daily)for 2weeks.The clinical observations were taken on baseline,2week and6 week after the treatment.Results The clinical effective rates of 2groups 2week after the treatment were 54.5% and 56.3%;the mycological clearance rates of 2groups were 81.8% and 87.5%;both results had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The clinical effects of 2groups 6week after the treatment were 63.6% and 62.5%;the mycological effects of 2groups were 93.9% and 93.8%;both results had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The theraputic result of the white-type eruption obviously lower than that of the browntype and red-type eruption.Besides,no side effects were been found in both groupsConclusions The method of luliconazole cream once-daily for 2weeks is effective and safe in the treatment of pityriasis versicolor.更多还原
