【摘要】 按照教育部对高职院校"以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向"的办学定位要求,适应我国经济转型需要,高职院校依托既有资源主动承担社会各项培训任务,更好地服务区域经济和社会发展。但在实际工作中,存在认识不够、机制不灵活、沟通不畅及品牌产品缺乏等难题。可从学院管理层突破高职院校传统培训局限的限制、学院培训部门加强培训质量控制、培育拳头培训产品打造培训品牌等方面寻找破解难题的途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the education targeting the requirements set by the Ministry of Education for vocational colleges,which in detail is "aiming at service and leading by employment rate",vocational colleges should undertake various social training tasks with their available resources to make more and better contributions for local economy and social economy,and finally,to meet China ’s economic restructuring needs. However,there are some problems such as the insufficient understanding,the inflexible mechanism,the obstructed communication,the shortage of brand name products,and so on. We could find the channels to resolve these problems from the following: the management departments of colleges should break the traditional limits,the training department of colleges should enhance the control of training quality,make more efforts to establish their unique training products and build up their own training brand.更多还原
