【摘要】 为了解高校毕业生到农村基层就业的情况,以河南科技学院2015届的396名毕业生为调查对象进行了问卷调查,结果显示:高校毕业生的价值取向注重现实需要,就业区域流向"冷热不均",到农村基层就业的意愿在性别、专业、生源地等方面存在差异。在国家层面,建议出台多元化优惠政策,激励大学生到农村基层就业创业;在基层单位,建议优化用人环境,使在基层工作的大学生"待得住、干得好、能发展";在高校层面,建议深化教育教学改革,培养适应基层用人单位需求的专业人才;在大学生自身方面,建议转变就业观念,提高其基层就业能力,实现自我价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the reality of rural employment of college graduates,a questionnaire survey had been conducted with 396 graduates of Grade 2015 as responds in Henan Institute of Science and Technology. The results shows that: The values of graduates pay attention to the realistic needs,so there is an uneven preference of graduates employment region,i. e. an existing difference of job seeking will in the aspects of sexuality,profession,student origin,and so on. At the national level,diverse favorable policies should be published to encourage graduates job- seeking and self- business in rural area; At the level of basic units,the employment environment should be perfected to realize the objective of staying,working better,and sustainable development of graduates; At the level of universities and colleges,educational and teaching reform should be deepened to train the professional personnel to adapt the employment demands of basic units; At the level of college students,the idea of job- seeking should be changed to increase the employability in basic units and realize the student’s own value.更多还原
